it's been like, what, 4 days? it's still "verifying payment"

it says it's supposed to take a few seconds; some instances longer. well. i've tried contacting them and they keep saying their shitty team is looking at it.

their shitty team has been looking at it for a few days, apparently.

anyone else have this issue?

EDIT: 1st time PA user. Trying to do deals through PA to maintain trust etc etc

 

Looks like there was problem with payment as payments usually get verified within 5-30minutes. I'd suggest contact their livechat support

If team told you they're looking into it just wait patiently let's say 48hours. If it's not solved by then, contact them again

 

They don't have the best live support in the world. It doesn't normally take that long, just persevere for the first time or so.

 

Try livechat, whenever i have a problem like that, they fix it almost instantly.

 

Maybe it's the buyers problem, ask in the live chat.

 

yeah, it will never take that long. it's most likely that they emailed the buyer for more details, such as an ID or credit card pic. so cancel the order if the buyer is not willing to do it. if you are the buyer, then they probably emailed you asking for same info.

 

livechat, this usually happens when your PA details might not match your paypal details or something or if your paypal is unverified however live support will be able to help

 

Happend to me when I reached my monthly limit. Contacted them and they asked me to send in my ID.

You should just cancel the trade.

 

I know exactly how you feel their support service is awful.

 

Just cancel the payment and re-verify it should work

 

Sounds pretty retarded tbh, I'd cancel and try deal with somebody else if they're not being very cooperative

pa is ridiculous, someone disputed instantly when I sold an account and its been a week since he first got my account and I still didn't hear anything from the "relevant team"

 

It was resolved yesterday. Your guys customer support is fucking horrible. No offense. But, you need to work on it/fire some retards.

 

or just make the people who are on livechat ability to do something, like if i have balance that i need to pay for a lost order they can take it out of my account right away, i sent them the paypal and they did that right away? but cant take it out of my deposits right away? like wtf

 

I had an issue with them aswell once, it took me months to get a $80 refund. prolly wouldn't ever even have got it if I didn't visit their livechat like 3 times when I remembered about my money. Even then still took about a week to resolve.

 

For me it took around 5-6 days as well when I was receiving my payment.

PA live chat need to have some power rather than redirecting you and promising that their "relavent team" is handling it. If the livechat people could actually take action instead of handing you off to people who never email you back the system would work a lot better.
