Zooming Issue - WLMM

On windows live movie maker you can't zoom in on your video at all. I was wondering are there any programs that just zooms in on your video and just lets it keep playing? E.g. I don't want the chat box or my username in my pk vid, I just want me killing the other guy. I know I should of just filmed that bit but I had no idea how to change it :/
Edit: Don't really want to dl anything really big, no more then 1-2 gigs please

Try Camtasia Studio.

If I'm not wrong it can Zoom & Pan.

 

Sony Vegas Pro or Adobe Premiere

There are no "good" free video editors unfortunately
