Been keeping an eye on this case for quite awhile.
PS: You can see the difference in Imgur images, one which was taken by zombie doesnt have his osbuddy name cancelled out ( cause it isnt his account hence he shouldnt care). The ones which showed 58 to 64 slayer all have their osbuddy name cancelled out. Do delete this if normal users are not allowed to post here, just thought of clarifying this. and PS: Someone clearly lied.

 

There's a bunch of things missing from Zombified and a few things which point towards him lying about completing 58-65 slayer.

First off I'm 99% certain OSBuddy automatically stores any noteworthy event (level up, quest completion etc) at %username%/OSBuddy/screenshot on your computer by default so zombified should be able to provide screenshots for pretty much every single level up from 30 to 65 from his computer if he was the one to complete them. The only things he has provided himself was the level 40 & 65 screenshots as Xbritton was the first person to post levels 58 to 64 on this thread.

Also, seeing as the account started at 30 slayer using the two xp lamps you get as a reward would skip you to 36/37 and 39 slayer respectively. If xp lamps were used then zombified will be unable to provide screenshots for the levels 31-35, and would miss a few levels before 39 as well depending on the exact starting xp. The level 39 screenshot if provided would just be where he used the lamp so most likely wouldn't be at a slayer location. If he used lamps then that would also be why his lowest screenshot provided would be of level 40.

Another thing to note is that in all the screenshots provided by zombified he is logged in to his own OSBuddy account, whereas the level 58-64 screenshots are not (compare http://i.imgur.com/L2cnWFR.png and http://i.imgur.com/mkiIYGL.png to http://i.imgur.com/4wzm3bJ.png). All screenshots provided by zombified show him as being logged in to his OSBuddy account and all screenshots provided by Xbritton do not.

There's also the odd coincidence that the cannon decay timer plugin was used for the entirity of 58-64 slayer but turned off in the 65 slayer screenshot despite him still using a cannon. Once again points towards the screenshots being taken by different people.

It's fairly clear that zombified didn't complete 58-64 slayer when you take this all into account. Also unless he is able to provide screenshots for the whole of 30-39 slayer then it is fair to assume it was done through xp lamps as he should be able to provide screenshots if it wasn't.

Well just to inform Chloe is handling this matter and estimation is being made and she knows who got what levels and who did what and what's going just so you this is all being discussed in Skype

 

@zombified you took the exact images @Xbritton supplied for his proof.

You'll only be getting paid for 40-58 for gp per xp.

Initial Slayer xp wanted = 449,428 = 65 slayer

Starting Slayer level = 37,224 = 40 Slayer

This broke down to 133.5 gp per xp.

However you only got it to 58 slayer which is 224,466 XP.

So 224,466 - 37,224 = 187,242 XP.

187,242 * 133.5 = 24,997,000

Total payment = 24,997,000gp.

@zombified refund @Xbritton 35,003,000gp.

You have 24 hours to do so. That's it.

@Excelont and @Chloe why aren't you guys like the other mods/admins and ask for the full Skype conversation! All your seing is bits and pieces! Trust me once you get the full conversation it was never based off xp . It was based on levels that was the original agreement. We never agreed 400k slayer xp! Nowhere in are Skype conversation it says that!

You tried to take credit for 58 to 65 slayer when you clearly didn't and also admitted on Skype to me that you didn't do it.
Excelont already worked the maths out for you, you have 24 hours to refund.

You just calculated the XP you did. So you do 60m minus the 24,279,017. The remaineder is what you owe him back.
