Detailed description of the events and why you disagree with the decision:
I'm requesting a review and removal of the TWC placed on my account in March 2024, nearly three years ago.
The original report concerned an account I had previously sold, which subsequently changed hands multiple times before being recovered by an unknown party. I maintain that I was not responsible for recovering the account or taking the alleged "32b".
As acknowledged in the original ruling, there was insufficient evidence to conclusively establish my involvement, which is why a TWC was issued rather than a DNT. I understand the concerns staff had at the time and respect their decision.
When these allegations first surfaced, I had already begun stepping away from the RuneScape trading market. Following the incident, I decided to leave the market entirely and have remained inactive since. However, I'm now interested in returning to the community and rebuilding my presence.
Before this incident, I had established a strong reputation, accumulated over 250 vouches through numerous successful transactions. I took pride in that reputation and would appreciate the opportunity to return without a cautionary rank stemming from an incident in which my involvement was never conclusively established.
I recognize that this request falls outside the normal dispute window, but given the circumstances and the nearly three years that have passed, I respectfully ask staff to reconsider whether the TWC remains warranted.
