ZippyGFX Ban Dispute

Title: [Request for Restitution] - ZippyGFX
Ban reason that was shown to you: Refusal to refund / Possible account scamming? lol wtf is that.
Additional details/story: I was banned because I refused to repay a customer who got the account that I sold them recovered somehow. The reasoning was because I was the OO I am responsible for what happens to the account. I didn't recover this account, when it was in my possession it was secure. Then all of a sudden after he's had the account for a bit It's "recovered". No where in the thread does it show this account being "recovered".

Okay, he lost the account somehow, how? I have no clue.
So my responsibility as the seller should be to get him the account back right? Right.
I don't mind getting him the account back, that's my responsibility but why I have to refund
him for compromising the account is beyond me how is that my fault lmao.
In that case you're saying I can buy an account from any original owner, claim it's been "recovered" and ask for a refund.

The reasoning the mod had to rule refund was that a previous report was open about another account recovery linked to me. This report has been proven me not guilty, why is it tied to this they have nothing to do with one another?

He also claims there was previous gold on this account, I have successfully recovered the account today and found there to be 10m on the account and no bank pin, who doesn't put a bank pin on an account with a "large amount of money" on it. And what "hacker" doesn't take the entire cash stack lmao?

I'll give him the account back, no refund, not paying for his "supposed" gold either he lost all that himself not my fault. When I had the account it was secure, he has now compromised my account and trained def on it why would I want it back and refund him on top of that, thats a sick joke right?

You can't go to Walmart buy a watermelon eat half of it and say that Walmart was responsible and get a refund lol it doesn't work like that.

Your previous account handlings aren't the basis of the ban; rather, they played a factor in how believable you are. It all comes down to YOU being the original owner and YOU having at least 3 scenarios of YOUR accounts being recovered.

You cannot secure YOUR accounts and I hardly find it unreasonable someone would no longer want an account from you. There is practically no believability that the account you created will not be recovered.

We are not Walmart and you are not losing anything; rather, you're getting an account back due to its magical ability (like your other accounts) to be recovered and you are refunding the individual who bought it due to your inability to hold up your end of the deal (the account to remain in the other's ownership).

So let me summarize with this. You are the original owner; therefore, the account is your responsibility. There is plenty of precedent for this and it may be different if 1. Lots of others had access to this account and could feasibly recover it 2. You haven't had 'recovery problems' in the past.

 

As you didn't respond (and as it would of likely been anyway), your dispute is denied. Closed.
