    Okay I'm going to start off by saying that I have had this account bought off him for 2-3 weeks around that, and It's been perfectly fine until 2 days ago It locked me out and said account is locked due to thinking it's been hacked or what ever and i thought okay... So I go to recover it and it has his email on it, and I confronted him about it and he said thats weird and he'll refund me I've been waiting for a refund and he said %100 today and now he didn't get money on paypal today or RSGP either I've been saying well how much could you refund and he completly bypasses those questions

    JUST found out hes changed the password and accounts unlocked

    He is trying to trick me all the ways he finds.. Im not the scammer and I did not recover account. When he said I recovered account I felt really bad you should understand and I offered to refund him. He started to call me bad words and only then I realised hes trying to trick me.

    How am i trying to trick you all the proof is there If i didn't have a problem I wouldn't report it the account got locked now its unlocked your email is on the account and the password is changed you hacked the account your the original owner how am i trying to trick you how can i possibly "trick you" I don't even know what that means, You've said you'll refund me I said okay to that you have the account I waited you said I would have the refund %100 today at a certain time and you said you dont' have it you've said that for 2 days you scammed me thats it
