    I highly doubt he had 2FA on not sure why he wouldn't use it though. He was able to get on OSRS and they have the exact same 2FA as RS3, so if could get on OSRS he should be able to get on his RS3 account.

    I know the guy who did it, he gained acces to his mail with SE. His RS3 acc was sucered though. Hope this clears it out for some people if you have some questions about it feel free to ask :D

    I think his rs3 account was still secured with JAG, but they managed to get into his email to remove the authenticator for osrs.
