    good afternoon I want to report to Joshua. , He is getting an account 1-99 FM via WT which was delayed by one of my employees for which I asked the client to change the password to only have access to him and I which he did and I continued the account, today I went to login and someone was connected and after several attempts I was able to login and see that the account was in lumbridge which indicates that they died losing in HCMI in the account, the only person besides me who has access to that account is this person and Already ending they damage my account to not finalize the payment, I need answers about why he did this and which has lost the time it took in the account because it was about to end.

    I ordered this service on October 7th, He told me this was going to take 7 days shown here: imgur.com

    After 3-4 days of ordering this service, the account wasn't WT ready yet, so I reached out to pirate over discord. He then made a group conversation with us. Once the group chat was created Light Player finally started to get progress done. On the 16th Light sent me an update over discord showing me that the account has hit 88 FM, ( this is 2 days over the ETA).

    He also said on the 15th, the account will be ready tomorrow shown here: imgur.com

    After 2 days of not hearing from Light after the update that the account hit 88 FM, I posted a report on him can be found here: Close. He finally gave me another update on the 19th, where the account was at 91 FM, so from the 16th to the 19th the account went from 88-91, Now we are 5 days over the ETA. imgur.com


    So after the 19th, I didn't hear from him until the 21st, where he told me to change the password because he was worried his worker was going to kill the account? Shown here: imgur.com So I change the password for him, and again I ask him when Light will be done and again he says " in a couple hours "shown here: imgur.com

    On the 22nd I asked him again if the account will be done tomorrow? He said yes. imgur.com

    Then yesterday for me 23rd he says this to me. imgur.com

    Then he also states he hasn't played the account since I changed the password on the 21st? Then who has been working on the account if you haven't played it? But you also say only me and you have the password, that's very confusing?

    I'm marking this as resolved. If TLP isn't able to replace the killed account per his own ToS please let me know (or make another report).
