Zamorak brews? for training? what?

So my friend shows me over 2k zammy brews and says they are for training strength?
Why not just use a super str pot? i dont get it lol

 

Beats me, it raises attack too, but I would think that the drain of hp and def are pretty bad. Just use a super attack with a super strength

 

Maybe he made them via Herblore and they couldn't sell so he just uses them.
Other than that, I have no idea why he wouldn't just use a Super Att and Super Str

 

If your DH training, its a good way to get lower HP.

If your training at PC for example, just take a couple doses, your HP+Def lower so a monsters have a easier time hitting you. After that, just drink a regular stat restore pot.

 

for a pure zammy brews aren't a bad choice for training potions.
sucks a little that they take down HP but you can just eat a lil more.

 

I always use Combat Potion's it's 200gp each, and it raise attack & strenght.

 

Either DH, can't sell or just random.. why not just ask him?

 

To elaborate on what 333 said, they're used to lower your hp while training with dharok's.

As dharok's hits harder depending on how low your hp is, zammy brews are a low-risk way of getting low hp.
Then you can go to ape atoll monkeys or something and train with your prayers on and without risk of getting hit. It will increase your average hit by a lot, and will consequently raise your xp/hr.

 

Most likely using them either to lower his hp in dh or as a cheap source of prayer points while training at bandits or similar.

Not really a good idea considering the price of torstol makes them discontinued or unbuyable

 

I can't really think of any thing. I am assuming he would only have that amount if he is flipping them. They aren't that good for actual training.

 

Just use Combat Potions man ;].

 

That's kind of pointless to be honest...More money and hurts your defence...
