Pictures that Zgua failed his service (LoL boosting) and muted my LoL account

I have all substantial proof that this happened, he keeps getting my posts removed, claiming we were never in contact. If anybody can speak to me privately I can show you everything I have from our conversations on skype and sythe pm.

To be clear, I paid him to get my silver promotion done, which takes about 2 hours max. He took about 7-8 (unsuccessful), then gave up, because he couldn't do it. yesterday I find he also flamed people ingame and got me muted for 30 games.

I just don't get why a specific mod or admin keeps deleting my posts and refuses to ban him.

Gonna give him a TWC. He lied about never talking to you which is shady enough, and I cant exactly ban him for getting you muted, but I'd still like for him to show he can trade safely and properly.
