Crumped scammer

I was on hunt for a RS 07 account in hurry trying get bit of the old glory days.When meet a I saw I gentleman topic that said selling near maxed main by name of Crumped.If you go to the topic you should be able find by log where he said he sold it to me on top of how he agree to be a 100% seller.If need any help contact him course.Two weeks go by I put 60m on the account as test.What do know three days later he changes the password does not tell me.When I ask he says the same old story everyone has heard.The person who use own the account started playing again I have no contact with him I am sorry dude.No that is a scam he clearly agreed I have proof of payment everything.That account could be recovered not only that he was a 100% legit seller.Only a silly kid would sell a account not expect justice with story of my mate who once played gave me account now he wants it back.No that's clearly not fair at all.I am in process of asking for refund with Paypal I want real justice I will be ashamed if nothing happens since clearly have proof.This is wrong totally his fault either way you never sell a account like that.You mean tell me someone else creates a nice art piece.You know he did he knows he did.He goes sell that not his responsibility that first person bought that from has totally give offer right information forever.The next person should have no problem selling dealing with that if not that's a scam.Honestly I heard stories people told way better this filled with lies I sure after dump money on it he lied.Even if he didn't lie clear was his responsibility to never sell what he knew would scam someone in the long run that's silly nonsense.If I was to sell the account I would respectful go into it knowing that never do it.Other wise I realize it would be my fault I would refund the money if not make sure to get the account back clear only justice.I get anger he blocks contact from me clearly destroyed his disagreement.Everything I posted over proof if any more is needed I more willing come fourth with it.If anyone who has experience could direct me in that direction.Help me with knowledge how get a refund should I say the best way to really go about it I would be thankful that to.I really said in comments don't have 250$ throw around play with on jokes like this business deal.Thanks if anyone could help me would be much appreciated.
