I noticed he tried to appeal last July here : Request a pardon for "zain0999" for scamming(chargeback)
His skype is confirmed here: zain0999 Charge back
Could be added to his ban reason when he tries to appeal in future; it is obvious he was trying to double spend BTC since he said "cant we do 0 confirmations".
