YumekoOSRS BANNED ?

So I get a message from my friend saying my accounts been banned. I then see that it’s because of a $50 chargeback. So let me explain this;
I bought an account for league of legends with a rare skin on it a month ago from a seller called Sheila who then recovered the account which I have no idea how and I couldn’t login anymore. I was wary at first when they promised me RP for free? But instead didn’t get any but they asked for my username instead... having had a bad day already I contacted PayPal to chargeback why should I pay for something I don’t have... moving on I also noticed as soon as I chargebacked they replied even after not replying for weeks they’ve been planning this all along. I then quickly told the server I’m in owner to block this person and be wary of this person. I was then told by the account seller that they need ‘meds’ feeling sorry for the dog I got in contact with PayPal and cancelled the dispute and told the dog Sheila to have fun with the account... so me banned why?
