Youtube to mp3 converter is down?

It's pretty much how I got all my music, but since it's gone I'm a little mad, but it does make sense that it was shutdown..

Do any of you use this?

I just seen that when I put in a non song video.
I think that the website saves all the videos that have been converted before, so if it has already been converted by someone you can still download it.

 

Inb4 logic

New songs come out, no one can convert them, no one can get the mp3 file using the website.

 

I used it earlier today to get a song off from a workout video, however I get that error too sometimes

Instead of assuming, maybe try adding a new song to download. They have a database of old content converted. So you can convert old videos, try adding a non song, or new song that just came out and you will get a message saying to sign a petition. Youtube is shutting them down for obvious reasons.

If you have a mac you can download YouTube videos without requiring any website or software.

Simply view the activity of the webpage, find your youtube tab and double click the video file url that the webpage is downloading to stream the video and it will automatically download it. However it'll be a .flv so you'll need conversion software.

 

Google is installing copyright protections to their videos so that you cna't get teh songs off them - that's all. Any major songs can be found elsewhere
