is this just some kind of sub for sub scheme? Or a method of advertising your channel, because no interest in just getting a sub count of people who don't watch your videos or comment etc.

 

as stated in OP, they are all real people that have the ability to do whatever they want, it isn't just some pointless number put there. It wouldn't be verified if what I said wasn't true and wouldn't work now would it?

Will they be active in viewing all videos I put out, and will they comment/like etc (will they have subbed in the first place based on the content n the channel)

 

it is like real life, people sub to you after seeing one video they like (although they don't, they sub on the basis of the channel type, such as gaming, animation etc) and if they don't like the rest, they may not like, they may not comment, but if they do like your content you make, then you have every chance to receive comments, likes etc.
