Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: There were never any victims for what he has posted evidence of because most of the things I wanted to see I either never downloaded in the first place or just downloaded them and they sat there because I had no clue what to do lol. There are also other things I have remembered now that this account has been brought to my memory which are semi-relevant to the BA profile but they did not have any victims who were not refunded and I was not the one causing the damage (details below).
Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: Below
Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

Let me begin by personally apologizing to any staff who feel I purposely left this out of my previous pardon. I know you may find it hard to believe but I had honestly forgotten about the existence of my BA account until it was brought up, which is why upon seeing the thread I claimed ownership of it. Hopefully if I have caused anyone to lose trust in me I can earn it back in the future. As I touched on in my post (linked above) I was banned around the time I started making lots of reports on sythe because I had been reporting their members for blackhat activity using screenshots and/or links obtained using my BA profile which obviously they weren't too happy about and banned me. Within more recent years other blackhat websites (AWU, RSPUnit)coming into existence and establishing themselves almost made me forget about BA existing. On top of this unless it's related to games I play or things I do, I only really go on trading websites or blackhat websites to check for scammer reports or look for evidence of blackhat activities (which is why the majority of blackhat reports I post are from websites I have access to or are public- Hackforums, ************, and sometimes smaller forums and none of them have been on BA which has become less prominent/relevant.)

Let's start with the posts he has screenshotted here-

    TRPK Database-
In late 2012 I met a group of users known throughout RS/RSPS as multiple names on multiple occasions but most commonly known as Team Blackup. Most of them including the leader had been playing this server for many years before they opened on Soulsplit where I was a global moderator/moderator at the time. In late 2012 one of the members who had come from this server, my friend Nakirfa/Eddie was hacked due to SS having some minor security issues which led to some passwords being leaked. This was prior to Soulsplit implementing hacking refunds (which were implemented August 2013 I believe?) so he did not obtain his items back even though I was able to find and ban the person who hacked him and many others, as well as his hacking partner. As a team we each chipped in some items and cash to help him rebuild what he had lost including me throwing 1b cash and some items his way. Few months goes on and singles has become rather dead on Soulsplit but he, myself, and a few other members are still active on SS at least a bit (I am no longer staff at this point, but another moderator/later Global Moderator did idle in our Ts and pk with us) and one morning someone was accessing his account as he tried to log on. Fortunately the other global moderator was able to ban his account and check the IP of the hacker and he told us the name of the main account of the person who had attempted to hack him after we had all given him money/items and he had rebuilt his bank even better having it been some months later. I did not play TRPK so I did not recognize who he was, but the others who had come from this server did recognize who he was, a former administrator on that server who was apparently fairly close with the owner. This was also the the time period in which the TRPK database was stolen, but we felt that it was not a coincidence that a former admin from another server happened to be the one attempting to hack him. We were not sure whether or not it was the database leak or just the owner giving out his information, and the others (most of this team composed of people who had played this server) were also worried as to the extent their information may have been leaked either by the server owner or by a potential database leak. When I saw the thread on BA obviously I wanted to see if it was legitimate or not (which it was) so I posted wishing to see it. Fortunately not that much of the information in the database was still relevant to most of the people in the team but some of them had to change their passwords as a result.
I do not have much evidence of this, but can prove some of my claims-
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=9UiLpLY2ric#t=87
1:27 you can see me PKing as part of this team and on his channel you can see several videos from when he played (and was Admin on) TRPK. The dates don't really provide an accurate timeframe unfortunately since these are all re-uploads from when his original channel youtube.com/lilmikey892 was deleted along with several others including the original channel of Calei (Soulsplit/Ikov player who makes/made videos if anyone knows who he is) and Soulsplit/Soulsplit's owner's (Pim's) channel ZurielsCreed.

350m+ Loot Updating every day - Not sure what this is but i'm going to make an educated guess that it was probably some form of hacking loots thread or something of the sort. Not sure why this post would be considered blackhat or anything of the sort. The only other thing I could think of it being would be an account dump from a phisher or keylogger but I know for a fact i've never logged into any RS accounts except for those of mine and my IRL friends whom I shared with back in the day. If I did indeed post on some sort of account dump then obviously I was in the wrong in doing this, however I NEVER profited from this or used it to cause anyone harm. However the title is rather suggestive of a loots thread, and any sort of account dump probably wouldn't have that title.

    So Wreck3d Proof-
Not sure what this is either or how it could even be considered blackhat lol

    Soulsplit DB Posts -
As mentioned in my last pardon-
    http://www.sythe.org/dispute-forum-...on-private-server-staff-2012-ban-evasion.html
I did assist Soulsplit staff for a few months in regards to helping them clean up their database leak and ban the people who abused it. Obtaining the database was mainly to hold a record of prior information since a lot of the information could be changed by any hacker who had the database (any email could be deleted off an account after 7 days with an update that was implemented at some point, regardless if you had access to it, and SS did not have records of what emails had been on accounts and when they had been on the accounts. Soulsplit did have IPv4/IPv6 address logs but they only went back to (the beginning of 2013 I believe? so only 6-7 months or so prior to the db leak) so they would not help with a number of hacked accounts that had been taken by new owners. The DB provided information that no staff except Pim and perhaps the developers (who communicated with the staff team next to never and still barely do) had access to, which could help determine the original owner of these accounts prior to the database leak, which could help determine whether an account was hacked or not. To my recollection only two staff members at the time had a copy, one of them deleted it after being sent it since obviously it looked bad for a staff member to have a copy, and another was later macbanned for abusing it. Since most staff obviously had other things to deal with and I wasn't a staff member and was only involved in this, I mainly ended up working with the office workers (who were also the ones that were responsible for refunding hacks - the DB also came in handy when checking whether or not someone was just claiming a refund for an account that wasn't theirs) who obviously weren't going to have a copy of the DB on their computers at their office. This is the reason I obtained and at one point had a copy of the database which I no longer posses (not even using the same computer anymore.)

Skype resolvers- Again not sure why he included this in posts that were meant to be proof of me being some sort of hacker? Lol.

Homer post - At the most this could be considered me being associated with undesirables as he was a known hacker, however I myself reported two of his sythe profiles (forgot the name of one, first profile/one i remember - http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1646473-pillburydough.html) so obviously I am not a partner of his in any way. I met him because he played SS and we shared many mutual friends and he asked me to post appealing for him, that is it.

    Account dump-
As mentioned above I have NEVER logged into RS accounts that were not either mine or belonging to IRL friends whom I had permission to account share with and have NEVER hacked, let alone profited from hacking, anyone on RS. I highly doubt I even downloaded this, this was a number of years ago when I was rather naive and the extent of the internet I knew prior to joining BA was mainly RSPS and Runescape, and barely knew anything about the 'dark side' of the internet. If anything I was more than likely interested in learning if this was true or if it was even possible for people to obtain such a large amount of accounts lol.

Solstice/Titaniumscape Databases - I guarantee i've never played these servers, downloaded the clients, or even visited their websites. Again I attribute this to the fact that I was more than likely curious at the time and more than likely didn't even download it, and IF I did (being a VERY big IF) I certainly did not use it for anything malicious.

Yahoo leak wordlist - Most related to the account dump/databases i'm guessing it was some sort of password list but not entirely sure what it was based off the title alone. Yet again the only reason I can imagine I ever posted on this for would have been curiosity and I know for a fact I never used or attempted to use it for anything malicious if I even bothered obtaining it after posting to see the thread content.

Now we get to the ACTUAL blackhat posts which for some reason he did not even include. These are the only posts I remember making and this was because of the reasoning behind them. Perhaps the reason he didn't include them in reporting me is because they've been deleted but I still hold myself responsible for my stupidity.
As touched upon in my first pardon, a few months prior to becoming staff on SS I was administrator on another server -
    http://fire-pk.com
Which I resigned from and quit due to the owner's corruption.
The owner Mohammed or MoMo as some call him often did unethical things such as selling unbans to people whom I had banned for scamming or other offenses and on more than one occasion sold staff positions to corrupt or abusive players who also used their ranks for scamming. I was willing to just brush the vast majority of this off because he was a nice guy to me on most occasions and most of the time I ended up fixing his mistakes on my own. However one day he crossed the line when he uploaded a RS "Giveaway" video to the youtube channel for the server which only he had the password to, using money he had obtained from donations as bait, trying to phish his own players. After someone mentioned this to me I took my leave from his server and attempted to ruin his eco (I could not spawn - this was all LEGITIMATELY OBTAINED GOLD/ITEMS) by dropping my bank (giveaways were also bannable at this time, drop parties included) which was a large % of the economy. When asked by a lot of the veterans people I had come to know well on that server why I was leaving, I stated that I was going to play a better server (Soulsplit, as it was the #1 on the toplists at this point in time) where the owner didn't attempt to hack his own players for profit. When news got out of this happening he banned all of my accounts after I revealed not only what he had attempted to do but many of the things he had done which I had fixed or attempted to fix for him over time. Many players were outraged and made the jump to SS or other servers with me. However, some of them were not content with just leaving his server and wanted to damage it further or even strike back at the owner. One of these users was a hacker named Tony. I had met Tony months ago on the same server when the vBulletin version Fire Pk's forums were using ended up having a SQL Injection exploit and he hacked a few players using it, including my forum account (fortunately was not the same password as ingame) and the owner's forum account. He still had a password list of a small-ish number of accounts (not that small but incredibly small compared to an actual account database, this was only logs of who had logged into the forums for like a week or something) containing the passwords and I believe emails/IPs as well(?). All users affected I believe were either precautionary banned or had their passwords changed after the list was leaked, however fortunately even back then I wasn't stupid enough to log into accounts that weren't mine from a password list. There was also an IP list that had been obtained from either mine or one of the other hacked staff forum accounts which accompanied this list. Stupidly, I posted this on BA x amount of time later still holding a deep hatred for the scumball I came to know as the owner of Fire Pk aka Mohammed. This list had already been leaked multiple places but not on BA yet, and I believe after BA it was leaked elsewhere as a result of my post, including pastebin (cannot find the pastebin link so I believe it may have been taken down). This information was quite public and 90% useless but I still feel bad for what I did to the players who had information on said list, even though if someone wanted it bad enough they could find it elsewhere, me re-posting it and putting it on one more website than it was previously on, did not make things better. I am quite sorry to all these users even though I doubt they care as barely anyone plays that server anymore and most people left it following my departure anyways. I knew to an extent then that what I was doing was not okay but was blinded by hatred and certainly know now that I never should have done such a thing. What accompanied this list was the one thing the IPs could be used for however. The owner did not have a recovery system so basically if you lost your password you were fucked, however once in a while if you were able to email him some information about your account as well as your original/registration IP address he would recover your account for you. This was no secret and a lot of people knew about it and there was no issue since this was prior to skype resolvers etc and it was very rare for people to have each others' ips on this server. However now that these IPs were available people began recovering accounts and a total of 10 or so accounts were recovered. The plan was to drop the items of these accounts yet again upsetting the owner since he promised to refund anyone hacked, as a result this would waste his time. I did not recover any of the accounts but did participate in giving away/having drop parties with items looted from 3 or 4 of the accounts that were given to an alternate/secret account of mine. All these users were inactive and were refunded before they even noticed their items were missing. This was a rotten thing to do, but the only damage caused was an immense waste of the owner's time. I should not have accepted stolen items even though they were refunded, however I never used them for personal profit or anything of the sort, and I cannot stress this enough, never had any intentions of doing anyone harm except the owner, and even then, only wasting his time as he had wasted so many of my months while I ran his server for him when he in turn tried doing what I mentioned above among other things. I posted that this was able to be done in the post on BA, but as I mentioned this was quite a while afterwards. At this point I believe you couldn't even do this anymore because he implemented a way to register emails to your in-game accounts via an in-game command, but the intentions to have members of the website at least make an attempt at this were there, and this is something else I regret, even though to my knowledge nothing came of it as a result.

The second/last blackhat post I recall making was a "Dox" of the owner. This information was all either publicly available (his skypes which he had posted on occasions, old IPs from the IPs list which were no longer active IPs, geolocation information from http://www.whatismyipaddress.com from his IP, his name which was no secret since anyone who attempted to donate could see it, and I believe some of his old passwords which were also from the list, there may have only been one password since the only I can remember was something like pokemon123, but there may have been more included.) There may have been more information included which if there is I take full responsibility for, but I did not make an attempt to dox him in any blackhat ways etc, just compiled information he had made public by posting it on the forums on occasions. I cannot check exactly what it was since I do not have access to the website and the person reporting me did not include screenshots of it. However posting his information was not the main point of the thread either. I was posting it because I had seen by reading through some threads on BA that well known hackers were able to hack people by doxing them and finding information, so I figured someone may be able to hack his donation account (believe I either included the name or included his public emails which were likely to be the login info), although now I know they put a lot of effort into things like this that they don't make public, back then I assumed by posting some random public information they could magically take the money on his account. The reason being, combined with hatred for him, I felt he did not deserve the money he had obtained from people donating it to him, if he was going to run the server in such an abusive way, attempt to hack his players for even more profit because he was money hungry, etc. I do not believe I asked for a share of the money or anything and believe I only posted saying that someone may be able to hack him using this information as well as obviously listing said information. He was never hacked as a result of this and was only hacked recently, but this was because of another staff member he mistreated, whom he had given the passwords to, taking the money from him. He was not hacked as a result of anything I posted or did. Again, I just wanted to see him go through at least some discomforts or trouble, but in the end the only damage I caused as a result of any of my posts or activity revolving around them, was wasting his time. I feel bad for anyone who was affected however I believe there was no damages caused to anyone else, and even feel bad and recognize the error in the extent I tried to take things to with the owner of the server. However I do not feel bad for the trouble I caused him since it probably took him less than a day to fix, and this is not something i'm going to lie about and say i'm sorry for trolling/griefing him, as he's a scumbag and deserved to have his time wasted at the very least.

My 'blackhat' involvement never stemmed past leaking of public information and intentions that were never carried out, yet I still feel regret for these mistakes that I made in my past and hope the staff here at sythe can understand that I have grown and matured and only have good intentions when getting on my computer and hopping on the internet. Also if there are any other posts on BA that were missed or something of the sort I will gladly respond to any questions or explain things to the best of my abilities, however I believe outside of the Fire-Pk related incidents or just blatant curiosity, there is nothing else left to cover that wasn't for educational purposes or to help people out (SS/TRPK databases for example).

I understand that this is probably longer than it should be or needed to be but I haven't thought of or remembered most of this stuff in years and only now that I have begun thinking of my previous years on the internet have I remembered these things, and there is probably some irrelevant information and/or anecdotes included in this post. Thank you to anyone and everyone who takes the time to read this. I hope you guys do not think I intended to lie or avoid divulging these details and hope you guys have not lost what trust in me you previously had. Whether this pardon is accepted or denied I will still try and maintain the same presence on sythe in regards to trying to keep scammers/blackhat users away and will try and keep up contact with as many of the great people i've met on here as possible.

Did you fully read and follow this sticky thread in the pardon section?:
    Yes.

Just realized that I probably couldn't have worded things worse at the beginning.

    Around this time:
Within more recent years other blackhat websites (AWU, RSPUnit)coming into existence and establishing themselves almost made me forget about BA existing. On top of this unless it's related to games I play or things I do, I only really go on trading websites or blackhat websites to check for scammer reports or look for evidence of blackhat activities (which is why the majority of blackhat reports I post are from websites I have access to or are public- Hackforums, ************, and sometimes smaller forums and none of them have been on BA which has become less prominent/relevant.)

I should have been clearer in the fact that obviously I was aware of the website existing but had forgotten about my account there since it had been such a substantial time since I had visited the website and even when I had the account I hardly used it compared to how much I use my profiles on other websites/parts of the internet like sythe etc.
