Badwarz scammer

Reporting user Badwarz for scamming me for the purchase of his steam account.

Basically he set up an auto-buy function, being PayIvy, to which I purchased the account and received only his skype name (Screenshotted above).
He's been dodging me for 2 whole days saying "it's on my other HDD" and using other sketchy excuses like that.
