Your UI must match your user group?

Haven't had much time to mess around with the perks yet, but I tried to upload this as my username, and got the error in the title.

your UI is username image, exactly what you just posted, but the color of the text must match the usergroup your in. so admins their text must be yellow, globals red, sectional mods blue, and regular members white or close to white. the effects or anything other than the text can be whatever you want, but the text itself must be white based

 

So if I made the inside white but kept the outline as fire red, I could do it?
