Figured it could be fun to talk about.

Mine was when I was in my old band To Believe In Ghosts. We got an offer to open up for Godsmack at Casino Del Sol here in Arizona for over 5,000 people in the crowd.

It was insane. We'd never been on a stage that big before with such professional light and sound set ups and played for that many people. Although it was kind of funny because our genre was hardcore (very similar to Motionless in White, creepy synth, etc) so half the crowd loved us and the other half hated us because we were nothing close to Godsmack genre wise hahah.

Sadly we broke up a few months after that for silly reasons, but honestly if we didn't we could've probably gotten far.

    What about you guys?!

Got two. Mine are going to gigs though. I guess it is a music experience though?

Saw the Arctic Monkeys just after the released their first single. 2000 people, small intimate location. Was AMAZING.

The Rolling Stones. 80,000 people, outdoors. Need I say more?

I was able to go to Lollapalooza and listen to knife party, two door, phoenix, and more. The whole festival was probably my best music experience.

In 5th grade, I was playing the recorder in front of my music class and some girl threw up. Sometimes I like to think I was so good she had to evacuate everything in her body to allow more of my amazing sound into her.

Trying not to die on the edge of a Cannibal Corpse moshpit.

Crowd surfing during Children of Bodom (my first metal concert pretty much).

Front row of The Prodigy at Glastonbury 2009, which was pretty mental. Came away feeling fucking awesome after that one.

Seeing the legendary Black Sabbath in 2012.

Alestorm in 2011, in a tiny venue here in Plymouth. You could literally stand 30cm from the lead singer.

Hearing "Films" as Gary Numan opened in 2012. Then hearing Down in the Park later on, HNNNGHHHHHH.

My first legitimate punk rock show in a seedy little club called the red blood club . It was this AMAZING skate punk band ANS and citizen fish of subhumans fame. My friends and i were underage, hammered and absolutely blown away by the sheer intensity of the music and energy in the room. It was summer in tx with around 350 people in a club with 120 capacity. The circlepit was insane, if you fell down there were a dozen or more hands pulling you back up, theres an inherent camaraderie within punkrock and almost instant acceptance and understanding of those around you. The community really blew my mind as much if not more than the music. Unfortunately the club got shut down a few years back and the community pretty much dissolved. I have some lifelong friends from those days. It was such a powerful thing for me.
