Your most heartbreaking moment.

I actually have the same feeling as you. Before I was hacked/got into rwting I could play with virtually nothing. After buying gold and extreme staking when my runescape account has less then 1-2B then I feel poor and can't do anything.

 

Bought a rare name from someone on here, and I was really stupid so I decided to train my pure using the account (even though I could just make my own,) to save money so I could xfer the name.

Ended up making 400m from it, but the guy hacked it back and it got 40 def and 70 prayer. (It was 90 dung, 99 hp, 99 mage, 99 range, 90 strength.)

I ditched the account because no one would stake me, and now my friend has a pure with nearly identical stats and he stakes and has made around 25b.
If only I made the account on my own

 

As is with most people, mine happened when I was new. I had full steel and was like level 8 or something. A guy was egging me on to fight some mage npc, then it like 1 hit me haha. I got mad and rage quited :L

 

I've had quite a few, but an annoying one recently was being scammed out of 1.3m when I was genuinely just trying to help someone - They asked me to buy them 3k poison sting scrolls from the ge for 500 each and they'd buy them from me for an extra 500k, so I told him to keep the 500k and then afterwards he was like " you just got trolled noob, gl selling them back" and logged =/
Can't even walk down the street in RS without having to scrape scum from your boots anymore.

 

My first account was hacked in around 2004 by my cousin had a santa hat on it which was 100k when I bought it, recovered it recently and there's no longer anything on it

 

I'll put them on a scale of 3-1 , 1 being the worst.

3 - Losing like 30m by accident (back then i was a poor noob)

2 - Losing my chaotic longsword 1 iteming, i was really pissed for the rest of the day

1 - Clicking Create Account - probably the BIGGEST mistake in my entire life.

Went pking in full guthix in 2005, and died, because I was an idiot.

 

Probably all the times I've been scammed by different people for 400m+ and all my birthday money :/

Ahh, the god armour... I remember when it came out aswell. It was catagorized with partyhats..

The glory days were when santa hats were 100k, mask sets were 750k, the most expensive phat was 12-14m, pumpkins and eggs were around 150-250k.

I remember a drop party at Fally east bank when someone was dropping tons of Easter eggs and rune platebodys. I didn't manage to get an egg, but I did make off with a couple rune scims.

 

Countless times of losing items in wildy. lost like 5 god swords, the dumbest had to of benn a time i was on skype with my best friend, we both play rs and i was like im going to troll kids in the wildy, so i took my ags out and went to drop and pick it back up real fast, hit a lag spike and some loot bot picked it up :/

 

Buying a santa for 500k back in the day, then getting tricked out of it with in 2 days... Oh i was stupid back then haha

 

Back in around 06 when a guy wanted to go pking with me. I was a noob level 42 and he said that he would get on my account and gear me up for pking and that I could use his acc in the meanwhile. On 3 we both said our passwords and he stole my account. Needless to say, he said a fake password. In fact, I still remember that it was "boston28" lol

 

Lost a yellow phat to a very close friend. Can't trust many people these days

 

when i got keylogged with my maxed ags pure :S, lost 2 ags's, few d claws and alot of pk stuff, it was like 2 yrs ago, also he ruined the acc !!! did def 20 :S want this time back so bad
