Your favorite training fuel?

Lol, so this thread might be a bit out there, but I figured it was worth a shot. It's okay if you don't play Runescape anymore, but I'm wondering, what was your favorite training "fuel" to eat or drink + have around when training / grinding in RS?

I'm big on Orbit's various flavors of gum. I love chewing gum in particular, so I would often chew on a piece or two while training.

Flamin hot Cheetos are another big hit for me.

I'm also a big fan of candy. Nerds ropes, skittles, sweetarts, and starbursts for my sweet + fruity candys. For chocolate I'm big on take fives + kit kats.

As for my drinks, it's gotta be the Dew!! Mountain Dew is awesome. I'm also big on peach iced tea.

I don't even want to know how much mountain dew I went through back in my heyday of RS.

How bout you guys?

Maybe a funny story to go along with your training too? I remember accidentally spilling an entire can of Mountain Dew on my keyboard and breaking it lmao. That was during a like 3 AM session of Runescape. Ahh man. I quickly ordered a new keyboard so my parents didn't know. Not only did I break the keyboard, but 1: I wasn't supposed to be up, and 2: I wasn't supposed to have liquids near the computer.

 

Coca cola and cigarettes.

Water/Coffee

 

Tbh I very rarely eat or drink while I play rs. I would have to say Coke and chips if I do get hungry.

My main training fuel is Trance Music lol. I find it easier to concentrate on rs with it blasting plus most of the youtube mixes have some really good songs in there.

 

Used to be cherry kool aid lol. Couldn't get enough of the stuff. That and arizona sweet tea D:

 

Yessssssss Arizona is another one. So great.

 

Mountain Dew/Rockstar Energy/Sobe to drink
Food: If I'm not worrying about eating well things like pizza pockets or tater tots, even though its unhealthy I usually don't just eat straight chips or candy. Maybe some sweet tarts if its going to be an all nighter.

Would be a crime to leave out weed, helps me tune out of the training =p

 

Duddddddde Sobe!!! I haven't been able to find that anywhere near me . I love that stuff.

Usually I wouldn't be big on entire meals while playing, but I was definitely big on candy and all that jazz. Idk, it just seems to help me focus. Plus I'd usually invariably have netflix open on another screen, so it'd really just be RS in the background sometimes. Idk how else to get over the grind of training without a bit of aid.

 

Yeah I love the cranberry grapefruit stuff, its delicious.

I'm always steaming a movie or podcast, or at the very least some music while I play!

When I play I usually have long 10+ hour grind sessions, only having to get up for foor once or twice is a plus lmao.

 

Baja blast and cool ranch doritos

 

I used to drink Lucozade Orange ( the sports drink )..

If I ate something it would be Cheese toastie..

This was a long time ago ahaha

 

Hmm, I believe it was mainly composed of Fanta and maybe some type of chips.

 

Hot cheetos and soda!

 

Mine would have to be Mountain Dew and Hot Pockets.. Dear lord the amount of carbs I ingested when I was younger O_O

 

When I used to train I really liked eating some dried fruits like mango or banana. Also loved flax chips and banana chips.

 

Anything that's edible along with water.

 

That sounds like me during college, not so much Runescape.

 

Same goes for me , don't have time to be picky about food when training. It's an exp waste xD.

 

I used to drink water and sometimes coke (rarely) but Would Eat jolly ranchers and hubba bubba gum as well

 

An awful lot of water and occasionally pretzels.
