Favourite food for me would have to be a chicken parmigiana. Odd choice, but I love those things.

First food that came to my mind was Hortobágyi Palacsinta (pencake type, Hungarian food).
My other favorite is also pencake with Camamber cheese in it, blue cheese on it and blueberry jam on top.
