GoRSGold Dispute

Hello, I am the owner of GoRSGold and I have had a horrible week or so attempting to speak with Video and other staff to try and figure out why exactly I have been banned, this ban is based on little to no evidence whatsoever and I can’t understand why I have been banned


GoRSGold has been under development for about 6 months plus, I made the website, went through all the legal process to make it a legal business and then started posting on Sythe and powerbot and running the business.


Things went sour from the start as Video decided to ban me for apparently no reason claiming I was making “fake vouches”, he didn’t even give me chance to appeal and banned me for this while having no evidence.


I sorted this out with him over Discord and he unbanned me, and throw-out that whole week I had customers complaining they were TWC’D because they vouched on my thread, some people were indeed making new accounts to vouch but I didn’t tell them to and I sorted that all out with Video.


After that incident blew over and I had explained the situation to anyone who got TWC’D for vouching me, everything went smoothly for a while until out of nowhere I was perma banned of Sythe and AribaGold was too.


In fact, on that same night I was planning to go out drinking with one of my friends but that of course didn’t happen.


I was banned yet again on Sythe with absolutely no evidence and was told to contact video on Discord



If Video had simply asked me a couple of questions we could have had this ban dealt with within a day, instead he has just been the worst to me, I responded to him with all the information he was asking for and he has just been ignoring me for multiple days.


I am writing this appeal to try get some answers here, I don’t know what evidence Video could even have because what he says is not true.


I have been ridiculously stressed throughout this week and have been harassed all over for this incident, my name has literally been dragged through the dirt and I have had people calling me “scammer/ariba magebets”



This has been affecting me bad mentally as I have spent so long making this website and getting everything worked and going through all the government and legal processes, and for this to happen is just horrible.


I am still unsure as to what I am actually accused of as Video has not given me much information whatsoever, I have asked him for evidence about this several times and he hasn’t provided me anything whatsoever, in fact I don’t know how he possibly could as there is no truth to it whatsoever.


I am going to try and appeal with my limited information, I found this thread Ariba/GoRSGold which I will base my evidence that I can provide off, Video didn’t even tell me he posted this and hasn’t communicated with me whatsoever really.


Firstly I will provide my chat logs with Video, I have wrote many messages and kind of gone on a lot to Video, but this should be understandable as I have been so worried, sad and depressed about the whole situation, and my only point of contact has been Video who has been ignoring me, so I would like to apologize for my ridiculous amount of messages that I have sent Video























This is my entire conversation with Video, I actually got scammed by MageBets myself and spoke to Video about it, but that has nothing to do with my appeal.


I don’t actually know what the evidence is which is what makes this appeal so hard to make, but I will start off by telling everyone I am the web developer for AribaGold, Ariba could be asked about this if proof was needed.


I have been working with Ariba and web developing for him since he had just a WordPress website, this is how our relationship started, and after over a year for web developing for him and seeing how his business worked, I thought to myself that I could start something like this with Ariba’s help.


So I asked Ariba if I was to finance everything would it be okay if I started a gold site, I am very friendly with him and he said he would help me out in starting a site.


So I then spent 6 months or so of my life developing a gold site and registering a company (My company can be looked up here GORSGOLD LTD - Overview (free company information from Companies House)) I filled out all the legal paperwork etc.


Now of course I needed staff members, about 10-15 of them or so, I asked Ariba if he could provide me these staff members and he directed me to someone called Kaan who also acquired staff for Ariba Dobi Dobi is also legally called Kaan, and he said he would take some of the profit for getting me the staff and I would basically be managing them and pay them. I should also mention here that I was unaware that Kaan was Dobi until I asked him about it post-ban.


And for getting gold I made my own Discord group and asked people on Discord, but because I am friendly with Ariba I asked him if I could simply buy gold off him as Ariba is a million dollar business who generally has lots of excess gold.


So I have been buying gold off Ariba, and I can provide this evidence to staff if they ask for it (I have already provided it to Video as you can see in all of the chat logs).


Video has accused me of sharing gold with Ariba, and also having the same staff, I can only assume this is the reason I was banned, but I have so limited information, and this is just not true.


I have had GoRSGold’s name dragged through the dirt and there is so much hate towards me right now, even IF I get unbanned my name will be very destroyed, and it will take a very long time to fix the reputation I have lost from this.


Everyone is calling me Ariba and also Magebets and stuff like this, it’s really upsetting that everyone thinks this, if Video had just spoken to me privately we could have hopefully just sorted this out over Discord, but even when if I was unbanned I still have had my name dragged into the dirt L


But as you can see, GoRSGold is not run by Ariba, it’s run by me, and I don’t see what evidence Video has as I know it’s run by me because I created it and bought the gold, manage the staff, and run the business.


This hasn’t just affected me, but my staff are also struggling to do things such as make rent as I can’t afford to keep paying them as much while the sales have gone down due to this ban.


I am a good guy who has spent a long time making this site, and I cannot understand what is wrong with our relationship, I have never been given gold or shared it with him, I buy all my gold whether it be off Ariba or another gold merchant.


There are a couple of other things I could get into, but I am willing to dispute any evidence if it’s given to me as I know that I own it and don’t understand what I have done wrong.




I was speaking to management about my ban, and he brought up the point as to whether it was even against the rules to share gold between 2 sites, I thought that was the whole reason for GoRSGold being banned? (even though it’s not true)


Either way, I pay for all my gold that I buy and sell it separately, but I just thought it was interesting to bring up, but I can provide proof of all my payments to Ariba that I did actually purchase all my gold, and also chat logs from other sellers that I have bought gold off.


This has really caused me a ridiculous amount of stress as I haven’t done anything wrong, I had to spent $300 donating on Sythe, a sponsor on PowerBot and so many other expenses, and I have just been banned L


I can understand why there has been suspicion as I am Ariba’s web developer, but I don’t know what the evidence is which is why I struggle to dispute it, but as you should be able to see Ariba does not own my website.

I don’t want to say anything bad of course, but I wish Video would have spoken to me a bit more proactively and it would have stopped a lot more of the stress, Video hasn’t provided me with anything at all for me.


I don’t know if he will appreciate me adding this in here, but GOAT (GOAT) is my IRL friend and I live very close to him, and he would vouch that I am not Ariba and in fact someone from the UK who owns the website.

I sent Video a draft of the appeal also today and just got a response, I own GoRSGold and I know that Ariba doesn’t own me, my business is registered in the UK and I have been developing it and setting up everything for 6+ months.


The problem is that Video won’t provide me any evidence whatsoever or tell me what evidence he wants.


I can provide any evidence that is needed, and I haven’t even been given any evidence whatsoever, there is no way he can have any evidence because I know it’s not true, I was the one who developed the site and run it, so I know it’s impossible for there to actually be any evidence.


If I was provided this evidence or told what they wanted me to provide, we could have this all sorted out, it’s really getting to me mentally, it feels like someone is out there to get me, I have asked him many times to provide evidence or to tell me what to provide and he won’t.


Please can an admin show me the evidence or tell me what to provide, and we can sort this out very quickly, I don’t deserve to be banned, I am a good guy who hasn’t done anything wrong.


I have been begging Video to provide me evidence or tell me what I need to provide to prove that I am in fact the owner, it’s really frustrating me/depressing me because I am not getting anywhere, and I know I am innocent as I am the owner.


I am willing to cut all ties with AribaGold, the current ties I have to him are that he indirectly helped me hire staff by letting me meet with Kaan who also gathered staff to Ariba, and the fact that I have been purchasing gold off of him (All the gold is purchased and not shared as I can prove with all my PayPal receipts)


I don’t particularly want to cut staff as they are struggling to pay rent and are really not well off, GoRSGold is their only job and I would feel horrible to be forced to fire all my staff, I am already struggling to pay them with this current ban and it’s making me feel very sad L


But I will do anything to resolve this current situation, but all of our staff (As far as I know) are completely separate from Ariba and I have contact with them all on WhatsApp.


I know I am the owner, and can provide absolutely anything I am requested, this is what makes it so silly, I know that I can provide anything, yet I haven’t even been given the evidence against me L


I hope we can get this sorted out soon, I can provide any evidence needed as I am the owner, so I of course know that I own my business and am not owned by Ariba!


I would like to request that this appeal be handled by Richard or an admin other than video as I feel like he is biased against me due to either my previous ban or the fact that he seemed to ban me with so little evidence, thank you.
