so my account you what mate was banned today because of ban evading but what harm did I honestly cause the first time?

I asked if I could upload a document containing a list of usernames and passwords of over 1k+ accounts which was denied respectfully and I accepted the deny. but 10 minutes later I'm banned?

I didn't even upload the document so I don't see how or why I was perm banned for it.
