Runescape is like a communist dictatorship. With Jagex as the government.

Why?

Well, first off, it is so easy to get banned nowadays it's insane. I had a friend who reccommended a fansite (not sure which one, but not one with autos like sythe) to a newb who was totally lost. Guess what? He got perm muted. And it was his first offense. Another time is when another friend got perm muted for saying, "**** you". It got blocked out like that. He had no past offenses, like last time.

See any similarities? No? Let me explain.

Way back in the 20s-50s in the Soviet Union when Joseph Stalin was in power, if you did just one thing that he didn't like, you were shot and killed right there. You had no second chances.

RS is also like a communism because with the GE, Jagex(The Government) is trying to control the economy, and control what merchants and stakers make.

I still don't get why they think this is a good idea.. Unlike communist russia, we don't have to climb over barbed wire fences to get out. I'm sure lots of people are going to quit if they keep this up.

As a child of parents who were born in a communist country...

I can say that Joseph Stalin Killed and murdered people he didn't like for the
countrys good.
Because Stalin was in charge, Russia caught up with the rest of the world, it was on of the least civilized countries in the world and it came to be equal or just as powerful as the other countries in the world.

Jagex are just greedy, and money hungry... Communism was balanced and for the good of all
Jagex is doing only good for itself.

 

I kinda agree with you but the other day on RS i met a P Mod and asked him "do i get banned if i say **** you and it gets censored?" he replied "How can stars be offensive?Just dont use loops and dont spam it"

And if he recomended a website like sythe then i think he should get banned because he is encouraging people to break the rules + web advertising but if you just say runehq or tip.it you wont get the same punishment.

Killing people for the country's good? You have got to be joking me. You could MAYBE find a valid reason behind some of them, but definitely not even close to the majority.

You're right, the country caught up, who cares about the price that was paid in innocent civilian's blood.

Communism is NOT for the good of all, he attempts to, but is no where near the way the goal they are trying to reach should be taken care of.

I would have to agree, slowly Jagex is taking full and complete control over their game. There's only problem, they'll never have it.

 

They try to take it back with these new Update's (GE,Staking,etc..) but we all will find the nooks and craneys of the game like usual..people were talking downfall of rare's the only downfall I say was 10m-15m in Yellow and Purple.
Also please read up on something your trying to argue before stating opinions that YOU think are true and look more closely at it..I will say 1/4th of the thing's you said made any sense.

 

hey- i didnt say that what stalin did was good.
He was evil and heartless.

He cared only about getting back in the big books - but he forgot that there were millions of people under his control, people that needed guidance.

He sneaked his way to power - and was brutal...
but nevertheless - the majority of the population still loved him even after his death...
I guess just like rs... despite its gayness - we still stick to it and attempt to bear its stupidity
