I got this message when I was trying to remove the recovery questions on two of my accounts. Everything went well with my first account and I got this message once I tried the second. I was hoping someone on Sythe knew how long this temporary block lasts for?

 

Probably because you tried to recover an account or something else too many times, wait 30 minutes or something.

sounds like your ip isnt matching up as the original owners, request an ip check via forums that seems to work for alot of people. but if you arent the original owner this method is not suggested.

 

I mean, i guess that it is possible that trying to change information on two different accounts at the same time. I got that message while attempting to recover my main on my second attempt. I think on the second attempt in a short period of time, they block you.

You can create your own thread in the future, not gravedig one.

On topic, it means you've submitted too many recovery attempts in a short span of time. Just be patient and wait 30 misn to an hour and try again.
