Player auctions not getting paid for accounts I sold

I sold like 4 accounts and some gold on their site. For 2 of the offers I got paid and there was no issues. So basically, the problem is that for some reason the payment keeps "getting held and denied by Paypal" at least that is what their customer support is telling me. So to fix this issue I called paypal and they told me that everything was fine regarding my account their company even paid me earlier to that Paypal account and the payment went through fine. So there was 3 more orders left that I should've been paid earlier then the previous ones. Sounds kinda fishy from their side because their staff kept telling me that there was something wrong with my account but they managed to pay somehow for orders that I should've been paid later. So after countless chats with their support we concluded that I need to change my disbursement email/account, so basically create a new Paypal account, so I did. Then according to them they tried to send me the payment 3 times to my new account but the same thing kept happening "the payment was held because it was denied in Paypal" and they kept telling me the payment will be realesed in 2-3 bussiness days (but it wasn't) so I called Paypal again and they again told me that everything was fine regarding account. I even tested it, 4 different people sent me money and there were 0 issues. So out of frustration and disappointment I created an account on this site and I want to tell you that do not trust them, they will lie and delay you as long as they can untill you quit trying.

PA has been having very big issues in their flawed business model currently. I'd avoid them and stick to selling here on Sythe.

 

The weird thing is that they always were at least legit to sellers, now they starting to scam the sellers? Wow...

 

They're just being tricked by members and they're having a hard time keeping up with everything.

There's so many trades, but only so little representatives. You think they act like robots? That's because they're using hotkeys while trying to help over 10 members at the same time.

 

Funniest thing of all that all of them make up a different story every time you contact them why they couldn't send the money and that the money will reach me in 2-3 bussiness days so they keep me waiting as long as possible until I just give up.

BTW: Just PMED their account on this site, they read my message but didn't reply. How legit they are... NOBODY TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Wow PA has been nothing short of terrible recently, hope they get your problem sorted.

 

Got a letter from their supervisor, they basicaly told me the same thing but asked what did Paypal told me (that is something new from them, they are finally starting to listen what I was telling them).

 

Just recover the accounts before its too late

 

DO NOT BUY OR SELL accounts on playerauctions. i have read several comments based on this subject and i would suggest to not deal with them. To begin with, they supposedly offer people 100% protection when they buy an account and will "disburse" money if it gets recovered. This a lie because many have complained that they never got money back even if they showed legitimate proof. Furthermore, customer service is horrible (especially through email), they try to delay everything and problems don't get resolved. Sometimes they even ask you to send pictures of your credit card (front and back) for "verification purposes," which I believe is bullshit. Lastly, I heard that the company hides their exact location (not region) where they are based and have deceived many people. Hiding their location can only lead me to believe they do not want to suffer any legal consequences for what they have done to many people.

 

Don't waste your time with P/A, seriously
