What would you pay for my rig?

I'm thinking of building a new PC, and will be selling my current one to subsidize costs. It runs very well, all parts are in terrific condition. I've yet to play a game that runs sluggishly on high settings. I'll be selling it with my monitors most likely, and will be buying just one new big monitor.

Specs:
- Windows 7 Ultimate x64
- AMD Phenom II x6 1040T 2.8GHz
- 500GB Western Digital SATA harddrive
- 12GB DDR3 RAM
- 650W Ultra PSU with a shitload of power options (I don't even use half of the wires)
- Gigabyte GA-880GM-USB3 motherboard, socket AM3
- AMD Radeon HD 5870 1GB GDDR5 graphics card
- Diamond XtremeSound 5.1 sound card
- Ultra Etorque Mid-Tower ATX case, 2 blue LED case fans

My monitors are an acer 20" LCD and a Samsung 20" LCD.

 

personally; $350-$400ish.
could prolly get 600-700 if you sell to an idiot tho

 

Yeah that's what I figured. My budget for my new one is roughly $1k so 700 would be ideal ^_^

 

id pay no more than about 400...but that's without monitors. with monitors, the max i'd swing is about 550. and if it were me buying, id likely haggle you back down to about 450-500 to keep myself happy.

 

I may even settle for 500. I'll be selling on kijiji (craigslist type thing) so hopefully I'll get someone willing to pay as much as 800. The graphics card on its own IS worth around 250 used.

 

alas, it's not. most 5870's i see sell go for around $80

I would say around $500-$600 with both monitors. Also, what does your new build look like?

 

That's depressing

Haven't made it yet but likely the cheapest mid-tower case I can get that has front USBs, along with some ~$400 graphics card, a PSU that can power it, and definitely an i5. I'll be doing 12 or 8 GB of RAM and hopefully an SSD and the fastest 500GB SATA III I can afford.

I think I'm selling my current PC before I buy the new one just so I can roughly estimate my budget. My laptop is decent enough to use until then, just won't be able to play any high-intensity games lol.
