Desert Fox was the nickname for german commander Rommel (dont remember his first name), and im guessing the nickname came from being the main german general in the N/A campaign.

The others, not sure. to reiterate, we havent gone over anything past last 1943

Twice. They dropped Little Boy on Hiroshima, and Fat Man on Nagasaki. I think Hiroshima had something like 160,000 civilian casualties, and the Nagasaki bomb had a lot fewer, something like 70,000 or something. The numbers are hard to tell cause a lot died in the initial explosion, then a lot died within a few hours of the explosion, then a lot died within the next few days/weeks

 

There's a pretty elaborate theory that Hitler fled to some country (I think Madagascar?) and that the body the Russians have is from a woman or something. Obviously untrue but a funny idea.

 

Then there's the stupid theory that they're hiding on the other side of the moon lol. I'd ask you some real questions but I honestly haven't taken a history class in years, I forget most, if not everything "detail oriented" about ww2. IIRC I hated most of the shit that was in my AP European history book, but something about wars always intrigued me and those chapters were a lot of fun to read, try just sitting down for a few hours and absorbing it all in. Obviously it depends on what book you have but good luck my man.
