Stickly the $100 donator scammed me

He scammed me 2 days ago, I was too pissed off to post it then. Since I have realised he deserves his karma, he seemed cool at first we was chatting I told him to pm me so I could see who he was on Sythe. So he messged me and I saw he had 1000 posts and he was also a $100 donator which made me think I could trust him for me to go first. He asked me for 15m which I met him on 07 and traded him the full amount. He then asked for my Paypal email which he wrote it out to confirm it before he was 'apparently' paying. He said he sent it but it didn't come through so we was chatting for around 15 minuets waiting for it to come through because he thought it was a problem on his end. After a few minuets after that he went offline and since then he's not logged back on... He hasn't blocked me he's just not been back online I've tried messaging him and I've checked his recent posts and it appears that he's been posting on Sythe still, this is totally unfair and he deserves to be banned as he scammed me for $31.50.
