I calculated, buying all the unstrung yew longs/bow strings and nats for lowest in the ge. 99 mag and flech is ONLY 8mil ._.

Nice account. You make me feel sad as I'm the same type of acc with 10 hp. -.-
I think 9 hp doesn't change a combat level, you'd be the same combat as you would be with 10 hp at 99 magic. Good luck tho, support :/

 

You certainly have my support, I was attempting to become the lowest combat level possible to wear agile but got hacked and they leveled my str.

 

That's too bad.
A friend of mine currently is like combat 30-something and has over a hundred questions with full agile.

nice idea though I have come across a player in game who has already achieved 9hp 99 mage I'll scroll through my friend list soon and post username,so will not be a record. But certainly one of few .

It will as i am the lowest total-level to get 99 mage
And yes i have seen several 9hpers with 99 mage.
all have trained other skills to afford it though.
