1) There is a $0.04 discrepancy on $110.25, and a $0.02 discrepancy on $122.22.

it is possible that the USDC/USD rate was about 0.9996 and 0.9998, respectively.

Indeed, It is not exactly 1:1, and depending on the exchange, this rate is possible. The rate fluctuates around 1 all the time.

According to CoinMarketCap the USDC rate currently ranges from $0.9998 to $1.01, depending on the exchange.

President says that when he calculated his received amount using the exchange's/wallet's rate, it was lower by $0.04 and $0.02 USD.
This discrepancy could be explained by the differences in rates.
Yanlili said she used Binance, which does not have a USD amount in the withdrawal field. Instead, you enter the amount in the currency you are withdrawing.
It's possible that the rate on Binance was higher than the rate on President's end.
The discrepancy is so small that I find it unreasonable to argue that this was done on purpose.

However,

2) Yanlili argued the amount on President's end was lower, because she had to pay a withdrawal fee. It really looks like this plays a role in the difference.

In conclusion, the amount is negligible and can be explained by a rate difference. Yanlili also sent the remaining amount per President's request, so there is no debt.

@YanLiLi, unless otherwise agreed upon, the sender covers the fees associated with sending money. When sending money, you should take withdrawal fees, network fees, or any other applicable fees into consideration.
You have been trading large volumes of GP daily for a long time, and it appears that you did not consider the fees associated with sending transactions.
This is not acceptable, and I'm issuing a TWC that can be disputed in a month.
