XuH has 3 IP matches all with this banned user, note that it's 3/4 of his IPs used. They were also created only give or take 400 profiles apart.

I'm guessing they're old IPs since XuH has been largely inactive and only has a few posts since 2010, and that the 3/4 IP matches with Exotic are from IPs used in 2010. I'm guessing the matches with the Frostbite and Brock Talk profiles which show up on his 4th IP (along with multiple disputes/unregs about Frostbite) are his current IP address which would explain why he's been inactive (been using other profiles).

Edit: FireZ also stated they're not mobile IPs as he tried claiming:

And he claimed ownership of the other 2 profiles on the 1 ip out of 4 that doesn't match said banned user.
