[Tree] Request pardon for [Scamming/hacking i think]

banned reason - Reporting Jake [Treegp] Trying to get me to participate in Blackhat Activies For him

anything i want to confess - nothing

proof of paying back victims - this is partially why im confused there was no victim it was me trying to help fingy test if his account was safe or not

details of what happened - Fingy is a gold buyer from my site, he had recently been hacked by his friend Chad. Fingy was unsure if his account was safe or forever at risk of being hacked again.

Fingy and I theorized in skype that if i told Chad that Fingy had another ely, and i didnt like Fingy anymore, we could test if Chad still had the ability to hack his acccount. So this is what happened, i messaged Chad a bunch of lies acting like i really really hated Fingy and i wanted him hacked, trying to get him to show us if he could hack Fingy again or not.

After reading the sythe rules i wasnt really sure which rule this broke when i had 0 intentions on hacking anyone, and 0 intentions on blackhat activities, it was sincerely to help Fingy find out if his account was safe or not.


Here is where it gets a little more confusing, but Chad was ultimately holding Fingy hostage on the whole situation saying things along the lines of if we didnt get TreeGP banned, he would hack him for everything had had, and had access to his entire computer etc.

In my opinion yes he should be unbanned.

But this was pretty clear from the start. I'm not sure what @Astro is seeing for the ban.

 

@Superfluous are you ok with an unban now that Fingy has provided his part of the story? It seems like he was simply trying to help out and wasn't planning on causing any trouble.

and also - sorry for the confusion about all of this. we generally try not to ban people unless we're reasonable sure something is wrong. this just seems to be a misunderstanding on our part, not a personal affront or anything!
