Hi Sythe, and from the title you can probably come to your own assumptions, however, I think the evidence is overwhelming that the user is working with staff to safely sell gold and ban anyone who wins in the duel arena. Here in the report file you will find several contradictions and lies that will just make anyone with senses see whats happening here.

Firstly : I purchased $25 worth of gold after he reiterates I'm completely safe buying from him and he's had ZERO bans with selling well over 150b. Here is the confirmation of this.

Secondly: I proceed to buy 2.5b worth and it all went well. Here is the confirmation of this

So, skip to day two (current day) and I decide to buy $30 worth - I questioned how sketchy this seemed as he traded me on the EXACT same account he was trading others and myself on. (despite other gold sellers claiming they get banned within hours for trading less than 1b). Here is me asking at the time if he's staff, I'm aware it seems a little suspicious.

Skip an hour, and I'm up 10b at the arena on a staff member... What do you know - a completely random staff member teleports me to jail, I simply believe we both got caught, until I looked into it a little more, it all seemed a little to sketchy. Here's where it all gets sus as hell with the next screenshot.

Right here, he states that 'he's nearly there' (which I assume is because he was 'out' and was just getting to a computer) and within A MINUTE of all of this happening he's able to check 'all' his accounts and see that they're all banned which is total contradictory as he says he's not IP banned which means every ban would have had to been manual, and all within a minute is just plain stupid, it's like he already knew what to put. He also changes his '2b left' to having 17b.

But here's where I know I'm right and it's not just a 'coincidence'.

I didn't believe the story ONE BIT, so I quickly hopped on another skype and pretend to be another customer, and well here's what happened.

See those blatant lies and contradictions?
A) Says 'I lost it at the duel arena' which just isn't true at all, I was banned and he knows it.
B) He doesn't state 'I've just been banned and lost everything' to the 'customer' which he just said to me a minute ago.

He is literally admitting he has 9b here, so he is either attempting to scam this 'customer' that is secretly me, or he -what I assume- is banning people who make a significant amount after trading with him and then getting them banned by staff. It doesn't take much to realise whats going on here.

To summarise:
Bought 2b, went well.
Bought 3b, went well.
Staked the 3b, kept winning, ended up with around 10b.
Within 5 minutes I get jailed and banned without question.
He claims all his accounts were banned and he lost 17b [all he had]
Literally a MINUTE later he claims to a 'customer' (who is secretly me) that he HAS MORE GOLD TO SELL (despite saying all his accounts got banned) and that I was just complaining about 'losing' my money at the duel arena. He doesn't say anything to this 'customer' about me being banned or him being banned. Really sad. Lost $55 and alternatively a lot more in Elkoy gold. It's evident from the amount he sells and all the proof stated above that he is either a staff member or aided by them. Which in my eyes is a definitive scam and scummy especially after his guarantees.

And to answer your questions brought up while you were "pretending to be someone else"
I have people that stock me whenever I have buyers, thats how most sites do their trading and how I have adapted to do my trading. Its called lining trades up, buying and selling almost immediately so that gold is on my account for as little time as possible.

If i was staff, why isnt everyone ive ever sold to posting about it?

Stop being so patronising, we both know what you did here. 'ive used that same account for all my trades along with one other'.

A) You basically guaranteed me safety by stating 'NOBODY HAS EVER BEEN BANNED AND I'VE TRADED 150B WORTH'.

B) You were reckless by admitting on skype that you used the same account to trade with, not guaranteeing safety for your customers despite saying otherwise.

C) You haven't answered why you lied to your 'customer' who was myself and lied constantly about how much wealth you had, and the timings don't add up whatsoever, you were out , and then within a space of A MINUTE, checked all your accounts and knew they were banned, it's too convenient, especially if you said you had 17b worth despite previously saying you had 2b on the account and THEN JUST SAYING you used that one account to trade for all your customers, it just doesn't add up.



Thanks for giving me the @Sythe quote, however, it clearly states you must inform about the RISK, you stated that there was NO RISK, and never once informed me about the potential ban. You actually did the polar opposite.

Sorry that i'm butting in here, mods please don't infract me but:
I have sold Swift gold several times without problems, I am talking about like 50b+.

Regarding the point of your "customer" that is what traders do all the time, line up trades without the gold in hand because their supplier has it. Whenever you pay, they get it from their supplier and trade you. It really isn't rocket science, nearly everyone does that with RSPS gp because it has such a high ban rate.

you would have understood that "I am not responsible for any bans that occur after trading." means that if you are banned after trading, HE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE.

Also, if he, as he stated, only trades on one account, it's a little sketchy how I was the only one to receive the ban.

Regardless, everything else hasn't been argued and isn't defend-able, so the fact you defend him without disproving any of my points is actually ridiculous, you're going off of personal experience and not off of what this report says.

It literally warrants your point useless and I hope the mods see this.

You stated "we both know what you did here" and yet I dont even know what I've done differently than with anyone else. We both got banned and lost alot of money. Thats what happened, except the only difference is i am not defaming you and and I havent made a report on you. Because what is there to report?

Im sorry this happened man, but youre doing too much, and causing a scene for the both of us. Ive been banned 10+ times on countless servers selling gold. Its part of the game.

 

Let the mods decide, it's really unfair others have chimed in with no relevancy whatsoever, and you probably asked them to do so.

Nowhere did you state in your 'ToS' that you weren't responsible and only just edited that in, hence why I was adamant to trade with you because you also gave me confidence in saying nobody has ever been banned before, everything adds in and it's all way to sketchy. You still have ignored me as to why you lied on several occasions.

And yeah im not lying there either. I hadnt been banned yet on Elkoy. Not a single time. Used two accounts for all my trades and had zero problems, its just unfortunate that it happened like this.

Yes, staff can evaluate this and give a non-biased answer. I've already had private messages off of people supporting me and saying what you did was wrong.

You still never answered however - A) why you lied to me (the other customer).

B) why you stated 'You WONT get banned' and proceed to tell me why I'm wrong for getting banned and expecting a refund.

C) Why you JUST edited your ToS.

he told his customer he wouldnt get banned and therefore should be responsible. The same issue happened between me and taurine and i was refunded. taurine said i would not recieve a ban in os-scape after purchasing bm off him and less than an hour later i was banned. i was refunded due to taurine telling me i would not be banned. if needed i can provide the report thread but shouldnt be hard to find for staff.

@xSeventeen17 even if @CA81x ip was flagged or being watched by staff on the server you shouldnt have told him he wont get banned dont take risks unless you are 100% sure your customers wont get banned and with runescape private servers unless your staff selling to customers there is always a ban risk.

Can we try to get this cleared up? Some people are using this false information against me. The accuser is banned for ban evasion. I would like the defamation to end.
