Lol fail reward is fail. Jagex always gets us excited getting are hopes up that were going to get rare times.

Wow guys, the hammer isn't even the main holiday reward lol. Go do the event for the reward. The Golden Cracker is just to celebrate Jagex winning the Golden Joystick award.
