Pingy owes me

I had some bitcoin left decided to buy some gold. Pingy contacted me on purchasing 70.5M 07 for $48 worth of bitcoin or £36.49 as I sent him as i'm in England so GBP is received.

As you can see payment was confirmed, and he gave me his address.

If it was not the case that he was going to receive a major $0.20 less due to the difference in wallets, he could have asked for more of a payment or said about it prior to sending, however he did not.

He claims to have received $0.20 less which I have mentioned above. I stated that it isn't exactly my fault if he received less, as that's on him. I paid the miner fee on my end as you would with any other payment like PayPal and such as well, and he then became very aggressive and pretty much refused to refund my original payment until I said he would be disputed.

He mentioned coinbase take a "fee off me", which he could have mentioned from the start before sending, if this was the case I would have covered it. He however did not, instead as you can see by the original chat he claimed it was fine.

Now thanks to @Limiq who helped me out as I have locked myself out of my address he told me I have received $43.71, which I sent $48 meaning Pingy owes me the rest if we're following his $0.20 problem.

 

Idk if its worth me posting here or not, but you can waste the mods time. Feel free to show them the exact btc numbers sent and returned don't have time this. And can I request mods to change title of this please thanks

 

You moaned that you had received less than what was agreed, $0.20 to be exact. You could have asked for more, knowing what you was being sent to begin with.

You did not, and instead have now short changed me, which means you owe me the rest.

 

How much did you send in btc and how much was refunded?

 

$48 worth, after refusing to refund me several times to the point I said i'll deal with it in a dispute he sent me $43.71

Keeping in mind, this was because his original payment had a $0.20 loss on it which he knew would be happening it seems.

 

@Panda I've posted the transactions in a deleted post.

I received $47.68, and sent back $47.73 as seen in the transaction tx. And im being reported for apparently sending 20cents less. Can this thread name be changed and @Dbuffed I wish you all the best .

You claimed you received less, then after countless times of you refusing to refund me you did after I said i would he disputing you. @Limiq helped with the received as I locked myself out of my wallet at the time and it was in fact a few dollars, now I wouldn’t be doing this if you was more professional about it.

 

The exact same amount of BTC was refunded, unfortunately cant include external factors like a payment fee when making a judgement.

100% refunded, resolved.
