Briefly explain the trade: My 50mil for his $32.50 via paypal. The Black Tux MM'ed. The trade was successful (yesterday), but Godz filed a chargeback today.
How they scammed: Chargeback.
Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: The trade was successful. Godz also acknowledged the trade was successful by vouching in my vouch thread.

I have already spoken with The Black Tux and he can confirm everything I'm saying is true.

We need the actual MSN screenshots. Please have The Black Tux PM me, or post a new report in conjunction without yourself with more info.
If he MM'd this trade, I'm sure he has the users MSN saved in a screenshot.

We'll also need proof that his email did the chargeback.
