Xferring gold without membership?

Is there anyway of transferring gold from one account to another without buying membership for the account? Like would the dual arena method work?

Also I want to know if there is a use in setting up loads of accounts to do the christmas event for the rare event item? Like will the item be worth anything here on sythe in a year or so like the easter ring is now?

 

To my understanding, most possible ways have been destroyed by Jagex. Red portal, Al Kharid's Duel Arena, and killing yourself in the Wilderness doesn't work. If you have something worth transferring, I've heard the first month of membership is only $4. It's worth the cost.

 

If it's that much to transfer just spend like 10-15M getting a membership.
