I need to transfer 19m from my lv 4 skiller(acciently leveled). I want to do it all tonight. Is this possible? My main is a level 96. Any subjestions would be appreciated.
 
D stone method maybe?
 
Well, I would suggest the Dragon Stone method (theres a guide in the guides section).

You can only do 50 stones every 4 hours, and you do lose a little bit of money. Its the best way.
 
yeah i dont think theres any other way.
 
only other way is to find a trusted person with a method to buy.

you could try party room really late at night

but you should prob do d stone method
 
The only way is the d stone method, which u can xfer 50 per 4 hours, you're going to need to able multi log, there's a guide in the rs2guide section.
 
I dont know if this would work, but can you just drop the money? and then other person takes it.
I havnt been on in a while so I don't exactly know if its still possible
 
D Stones are only 25 per 4 hours now by the way, jagex nerfed it.
 
ATTENTION,

The Dragon stone method does NOT work anymore! So you'll have to do BH.
