Septicon Ban - Dispute

Hi Sythe Staff,

Today I found out that I was banned due to this: http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer/1902536-septicon-scam-report.html report.

Yes I did contact this User on his thread.http://www.sythe.org/deadman-gold/1901766-swap-my-deadman-gold-your-osrs.html and yes he sent me his skype ID

It is also correct that he sent me a Private Message with his Skype ID around 3 days ago but I did not add this user to my Skype list at the beginning. It’s also true that I was thinking about buying GP from him but apparently I found someone else selling. This can be proven by seller.

Its also true that all sellers offered me to go first for a much higher amount and I bought them or refused depending on the offer.

Its also true that I was discussing with a third person to buy a whip, I also created a thread about buying one. It seems that this person gathered all needed information to frame me since I am pritty sure parts of this conversation can be resembled from this chat.

I added the reporter with my [email protected] Skype after he wrote me a PM that "I scammed him", just yesterday.

But it’s also true that his skype was public accessible so someone could have used it to add him. Also he did not request a PM, although I have written it in big red letters in my signature. I also wrote in my signature that I only have one valid address: [email protected] so why should he think to “septicon_sythe” is a valid one.

In terms of the IP address I have no clue on how this “septicon_sythe” is able to get the same IP like I use – but I am very certain that anything is possible these days-

My valid skype is written in my signature in the same way as its written in my signature that people should always request a PM before trading.

Please take in consideration my amount of trust and reputation I have among people and take my word that whoever did this was very smart in the way how he did it and that I did not scam this person.

I will be smarter in future and not make my skype available in public-
