I wasn't going to make this due to most if not all of the references/posts being made in the Spam Forum, but was told to go for it so here I am.

I'm also hoping multiple staff members will give their thoughts on this matter and whether or not they believe he's guilty, despite the evidence being somewhat circumstantial.

I'm sure many staff members are familiar with the way he acts by now and will recognize that his posts in the Spam Forum are more or less an admission of what he's done that he's trying to play off as a joke under the age old "I said it in the Spam Forum so it's not serious" excuse.

Starting off with him DDoSing Sellerofgolder.

I think it's fair to assume that this post would be taken quite seriously if made outside of the Spam Forum. However this was no joke, as Sellerofgolder ended up being DDoSed by Xeroshadow48 on that very night. Sellerofgolder has also notified me as of last night that he had been DDoSed by Xeroshadow48 a total of two times he was aware of (not sure when the second occurrence was.)

I was told that right around the time this was posted and Sellerofgolder messaged a staff member about this, that the same staff member had been messaged by another user concerning Xeroshadow48 being involved in DDoSing as well. I have no clue if it was about him DDoSing Sellerofgolder or if it was about him DDoSing another Sythe.org member, although I wouldn't put it past him.

Just three nights ago as well, he made another remark towards Sellerofgolder in somewhat of a bragging manner, essentially trying to be sly about thinking it's funny that he's been DDoSing him.

I also recently made posts and a thread accusing him of what he'd done, to which he had some sarcastic yet fairly incriminating as well as contradictory replies.

Shortly afterwards, he thought it was appropriate to be a smart ass by pretending he didn't know what DDoSing was, also contributing to his bragging that he's basically been getting away with shit that he's been doing due to lack of evidence.

His next reply was him stating he'd never DDoSed anyone, after just having sarcastically remarked he didn't know what DDoSing was, but making a point to add "On sythe" to the end of this, suggesting he's DDoSed people off-Sythe as well, although we all know he's lying in the fact that he's DDoSed at least one if not more Sythe.org members. It's also worth pointing out that he said "Few other members" as if he was surprised that there was accusations against him DDoSing anyone other than Sellerofgolder, if he truly hasn't DDoSed anyone i'm sure he'd have had no problem just posting the second part claiming he's not DDoSed anyone.

This was actually a valid warning thread to notify the good people of Sythe.org that Xeroshadow48 is guilty of DDoSing at least one of their fellow members and hence has the ability to do it to others. He continued to make smart ass remarks on my thread which were yet again fairly incriminating.

On the second page he mentioned an account I had used on Soulshit which was used for trolling purposes on the forums during the time I was banned in 2013.

The account was a level 3 in-game that I either never used or only briefly used for the purposes of DDing on peoples' fights to piss them off. There is no possible way he could know of that account's existence (feel free to search for it on Google/YT and confirm this) without possession of the Soulsplit Database. He tried claiming later on that his "friend" told him ( http://www.sythe.org/14951200-post33.html http://prntscr.com/80y40a ) which seems a bit coincidental as he was all of a sudden trying to use it against me/to insult me, it's sure surprising that one of his friends at one point would've just spouted a random irrelevant troll name that I used on Soulshit 2 years ago? He clearly has a copy of the database leak and used it to look up my accounts via my IP address. This means he not only has my IP, but the IPs and emails of thousands of people who were included in said database leak, including a few dozen Sythe.org members. By DDoSing Sellerofgolder he's proven himself not to be trustworthy with users' information/IPs, and he's shown himself to be using the database for illegitimate purposes such as looking up pointless information on me. When I asked for proof that a friend of his gave him this information, he didn't do so and ignored the request.

It should be quite obvious now that despite Xeroshadow48 thinking being sarcastic and being too afraid to make any of these remarks outside of the SF, he is quite guilty of DDoSing Sellerofgolder given the fact that he's near admitted to it, and subtly brags about it from time to time.

He can refute this all he wants, try pulling the "I was just joking around it's the spam forum" card all he wants, but it won't cover up the truth.

This isn't even all of the trouble he's caused on Sythe.

As you can see in the above disputes, after being told why he was banned by N4n0, he gave N4n0 a hard time about it and bullshitted around with him.
However, it's quite clear that he was in fact Xerosupport48 and trying to lie his way out of a mere 2 day ban, having no respect for the rules. He had posted on the "Who should be mod?" thread saying Xerosupport48 before editing it out around half an hour later. Unfortunately the cached version of the thread does not show it pre-edit, and to my knowledge there is no edit history for posts on Sythe (unless that's been changed?)

Aside from him being dishonest and lying in his disputes while trying to give N4n0 shit for a legitimate ban, you can see shortly after he was un-banned, he posted on a thread made by Richard about the chat server being DDoSed making a joke about how he was doing it because he was banned.

This user is an embarrassment to Sythe.org and the community, DDoSing other member(s) for fun and bragging about it as well as presumably committing other offenses that aren't acceptable, and I hope the staff see this and remove him from the community.

Before he posts yet another pseudo-intellectual reply stating that i'm only reporting him because I dislike him or some BS (hopefully most people know by now that I don't give a shit about the Spam Forum and the most of the time i'm kidding there anyways, although obviously there's no place in my heart for people like him who DDoS others for fun.), i'd like to point out that i'm not the only one who feels he is a threat to the community.

There's also something else I forgot to mention. It's from another case that was more or less before my time / from when I didn't pay attention to Sythe however i've read about it.

If i'm not wrong there was not necessarily enough evidence of the user "Fendle" having scammed a yellow partyhat, which he ended up being banned for doing. I read somewhere that a contributing factor to his ban was the fact that he kept making jokes about it and hinting towards it, which is exactly what Xeroshadow48 is doing. Please note that this is only from something I recall reading a while ago (which may not have been correct) and i'm not familiar with the Fendle case, but if it indeed contributed to his ban then I feel Xero's remarks should be considered in the same matter, despite it being relevant to DDoSing other members rather than scamming. It's possibly even worse considering Xero is just a rat who DDoSed someone else for no reason just because he thought it was funny, when scammers are in it for profit, Xero just does what he does for the sole purpose of ruining this website for others.

I don't understand how posting in spam forum is a reason to ban someone, but I guess I will have to type a whole book in order to explain some of what I said. In response to sellerofgolder, I don't know how that is evidence other than me understanding what a DDoS is, and considering I took numerous computer related classes in high school it really isn't difficult to understand something so simple. After yousuckv2 thought I was DDoSing sellerofgolder, I thought it was funny how angry he got at me for nothing, and so as usual I was trolling by posting towards sellerofgolder, expecting yousuck to see it considering he has been stalking me/trying to get me banned for a few weeks now. Once again, saying that the booter was $100, and not $5 was just to make him angry because that is leading to believe that I had paid $100 for a booter. If a mod wanted I could show proof that I have never sent $100 to anyone, nor have I ever paid for a booter.

Before I go through every single post here, I'd like to point out that as everyone else's cases have been treated, you can essentially say anything you want in spam forum but you cannot be banned directly for posting that. Of course if there's evidence of it that is a different story.

In regards to Yousuck claiming that I used his IP to look up his soulsplit account, I'd like to refer to something that he said previously. He claims he has few people added on skype, if this is true how would I be able to obtain his IP? Secondly, after a quick googling of the soulsplit database being hacked, it occured around march 2013 from what I can tell. By this logic, Yousuckv2's ip has not changed in 2 years. Considering he was an admin on a rsps and ban evaded on sythe, I find this almost impossible to believe. This is able to be verified by a mod if they check for home ips vs proxies on yousuckv2's accounts, although it will take some time of course.

On a side note, if you ip audit yousuckv2 you can see how many proxies he uses. If he uses that many proxies on a simple site such as sythe.org, why would his home ip address be in the soulsplit database. This alone shows that he is grasping at strings trying to get grip on this report.

I created the account xerosupport48 after being banned from personal support, and I wasn't getting an answer why, so yes I made a new account called xerosupport48 in order to ask why I was banned from the forum for posting whatever i did, which was pretty stupid and I don't remember what it was. However, I did go through a 3 day ban for this as n4n0 insisted.

Finally, the post about the sythe chat being DDoSed. That thread was absolutely littered with people who were just spamming "I DID IT". And yes, I was one of those people. However, you can check that I have not even connected to sythe chat in probably a good 4 months or so when I was talking with Xier0 and gyzo i believe, not 100% sure on the other person involved.

I was banned for breaking a rule in personal support, and it fell under the zero tolerance policy. If you read what Yousuckv2 posted, I would love an explaination on why he wasn't banned for what he said. He told another sythe member to KILL their mother. The personal support is NO PLACE TO TROLL, I learned this first hand. Yes yousuckv2 reports members on sythe and does a great job at clearing the site of scammers, but why does that grant him permission to tell people to kill their blood relative over the internet?
