Xenon Bot Backups for Discord Server

Hi all,

I had noticed a member saying that Sythe has been through quite a few Discord Servers. May I suggest Xenon Bot backups, to at least save staff some time in re-creating these servers?

Xenon Bot is free (with a premium version available) and with a simple command (x!backup create or x!backup internal [interval]) will save the current state of your Discord Server including roles, channels, permissions, etc. (and I assume with premium, more in-depth stuff).

To use the backup you just have to create a new server, add the bot to it and type x!backup load [number] and it will automatically generate all of the saved information, saving creation time.

I know this is basic and well-known, and I am in no way affiliated with this bot, but I can't see many disadvantages to using it and it has served me well in the past with servers that Discord deem to be against their ToS.

 

We have server backups for both servers - the delays usually come from us tweaking some how to release the server and making a new account to host it. It has helped save time, thanks for the suggestion regardless!
