Logs aren't accepted as proof, only the screenshots are. The main screenshot you have only shows a trade agreement; that alone does not prove he scammed.

If you can repost an unedited/uncropped version of the first part of the convo, where he claims his paypal as rav_2500, I'll consider the case for evasion.
