    I wasn't sure exactly where to post this, but I'm having issues with buying Microsoft Points on my Xbox 360.

    I'm from the United States and my friend is from Canada. I recovered his account to buy him 800 MSP for a GT change but I entirely forgot that pricing is different and there isn't a choice to buy 800 MSP, only 500 & 1000 (and then higher ones, as well). Is there a way to make my Xbox think the account is US so I can buy my friend MSP? I don't know why there wouldn't be, considering if someone moved countries, they should be able to pay what their country pays.

    Please help. :p Thanks.

    From what I'm aware of if the account is Canadian then only Canadian MSP will work on it. This is different for XBL which is region free however.

    Correct, MSP's are only regional, XBL is world wide.

    Yeah man, you'll have to either add a payment option to buy them (you can add you paypal to your account and pay for msp with that) or try to find some Canadian msp on the market. Xbox Live doesn't allow region changing

    It is indeed a pain. Could you not just send him the money to pay for the MSP himself?
