X4NRSA Scammed me. [BLUPIG]

I am re-making this topic as suggested by an Admin, with the FULL proof as required in the forum stickies.

Briefly explain the trade: I was selling 43M for 0.6$, he had posted on my thread.
How they scammed: After trading and confirming it was me trading him, he accepted the trade of 43m, asked me to wait a minute for my payment, then appeared offline.

Proof that I have presented:
Proof of PM I had asked him for, with e-mail and paypal
Proof that I was talking to the right person, and not an imposter (Further he admits this)
Proof that I was trading with the right person (IGN)
Proof that I had accepted the trade(The only credible screenshot which can be taken)
Proof that he blocked me after stating he was going to make the payment
Proof that I had attempted several times to contract him after the trade both via Sythe PM and Hotmail, with no luck.

Proof which I do not require
Proof of Paypal Transactions -Both me and the other party have stated no such transaction took place.
Proof of IGN - This was a RSGP trade of which I was going first - there was no way I could scam, the trade only required the other party to state his IGN which is both shown in the trade window (Accepted) and the active MSN window, as required by the forum rules.

None - After I had posted my appeal, he made one with no proof or crediblity. He merely stated he had backed out of the trade and posted my proof screenshots, not any of his own - this can be found linked at the top.

Suggested from an Admin to include this time.

After reviewing it I realized that both of you lack proof.

1. You showed no paypal transaction pictures
2. Him "blocking" you can be faked easily
3. You don't have timestamps on your conversations
4. You're the more suspicious one in this, because you stated your IGN in the picture posted in the "scammer"'s thread but it was different from your IG screenshots of the trade

Answered:

1. Paypal Transactions are wholly irrelevant as both parties agree no transaction happened. I am not required to show this, but can if needed.

2. Wholly irrelevant. This conflicts fully with the forum rules for reporting scammers which states that an active MSN window is sufficient proof, further it is the only proof. If this appeal is to be appealed by X4NRSA, he must show proof that the MSN window is faked. You have no right or reason to believe or suggest it is faked otherwise. As an Admin, you should follow the forum rules appropriately, and not ask for proof which is impossible to obtain, such as going round to the other parties house with a video recorder. Further, the other party has not stated that the chat window is faked, as it is not, he merely made up a dumb, effortless, totally incredible attempt to save his account.

3. Timestamps are not required or irrelevant to the trade, neither are they the matter being debated by either party, however I have configured my MSN settings to show timestamps in the log and updated accordingly.

4. The IGN stated in the chat was Dizzi2k4, whereas my IGN was P J P -admittedly. This can simply be explained by stating, as I did in PM, that a friend of mine passed away last week, so I changed my IGN to P J P in his memory, I quite simply forgot. My IGN has been Dizzi2k4 for 3 years until now. The easiest way for you to confirm this is by adding P J P ingame, you will see that my last name is Dizzi2k4. However I consider this to be wholly irrelevant anyway, as previously stated, I had confirmed via MSN that I was trading the other party anyway, with the correct GP value, and in such a trade it is only the other parties IGN that needs to be confirmed or considered.

I have given all possible proof to the fullest to remove this scammer from the community. I would not put time and effort into doing so if he simply decided not to trade. But this is not the case, he stole my hard earnt GP. Not a shed of evidence has been presented by the other party, I cannot see why this is even being debated.

Proof that he declined the trade window
Proof that my IGN did not match what I stated - which would inevitably show that he had accepted the trade.
Proof that he had responded to my many PMs.
Proof that he did not simply block me on MSN, and that he did infact explain he was no longer doing the trade.

Until such non-existent proof is brought forward, I see no reason why X4NRSA should continue to be a member of this community.

Proof(In order of trade):

Sythe PM verification as requested from the other party


IGN proof of the other party


Proof that I had given the other party the GP


Proof that the other party blocked me once I had accepted the trade


Proof that the other party ignored me after scamming me

Proof I lack - None
Proof X4NRSA lacks - Quite simply, what proof does he have?

I have no doubt the other party will be unable to come forward with any proof suggesting he did infact back out of the trade, as it does not exist. Therefore there is no reason why this player should not get banned. Before he scams more people.

 

I spoke to Govind just to make sure I was right, and he said himself that you lack enough proof for anything to happen.

I don't want any further PMs from you concerning this, because there is nothing that I can do with what you've given me.

Because of the lack of timestamps, for all I know he could have d/ced for half a minute and come back right after you took the picture. Nothing in that conversation window is suspicious and because I don't know what time the last message was sent at, I can't determine whether or not this is faked. Though, the information in the picture is always needed for a report, so as long as you're not trying to show him "blocking" you, this is good for reports.

Note the "Waiting for other player..." at the top. This means the trade didn't go through yet, which also means that the other guy could have cancelled the trade last minute. If this were taken a minute later (with the "Trade successful" or whatever it is) in the chat box and INCLUDED with this picture, then that'd be solid proof of the trade.

He hasn't replied. Well, sorry, but that tells me nothing.

To get him banned, you'd need the proof of successful trade I stated above, proof that was him in-game (you have that) and then either proof of his written denial of sending payments or a paypal transaction log of the last few days (an empty log = no money received = ban). See? It's not tough, you just didn't show the right stuff.
