Hello everyone, X w0lf X back here again requesting another pardon. I have been banned for probably around 3 years now and my last pardon was about 1 1/4 years ago and I am back to plead my case again. Last time my pardon was taken into the staff lounge and denied there so I am hoping this time it will get approved.

First, I would like to explain why I was evading. About 5-6 years ago I was banned on an account named W0LF3M4N for scamming 100m when the free trade came back on RS3. I was only 15-16 years old at the time and I was running a successful free training business gaining a lot of vouches and trust in the community. Soon, once I saw the free trade system was coming back my greed got the best of me and I stole 100m in items and cash from one of my clients I was training for at the time later resulting in my ban.

I took a little time off from Sythe after getting banned and just played video games. I later on returned to Sythe wanting to join the community again. Instead of doing what was the correct thing to do and request a pardon for my scamming I used an account that I created before W0LF3M4N and just started to make a legitimate name for myself in the Xbox, LoL and RSGP marketplace here on Sythe. I realized that my actions back then were despicable and childish and I had now head a proper head on my shoulders and wanted to properly participate in the community rather than bring toxicity to it like I once did.

The reason I believe I should be unbanned is my eyes have been surely opened now. I was a young naive teenager that believed he was invincible and could do whatever he wanted so I stole from another and caused them pain in order to make myself feel good for some stupid pixels. When I had returned to Sythe before I was banned on X w0lf X I was already mature enough to realize my wrong doing and now we're 3 years past that I am a 22 year old now senior in college. Even after I was banned from Sythe I still did 3-4 more transactions with Sythe members with them going first to me and did not scam even though I had nothing to lose you can check my vouches for that. I also am still active on Playerauctions with a growing Reputation on there. I acted malicious and despicable in order to get ahead in a game and I am truly ashamed of my actions because I feel remorse for hurting a person over something so stupid. I do not blame my age for my mistake, but my poor lack of self control at that age and I am deeply sorry for the trouble I have caused here not only for the member that I scammed but the staff for having to deal with my case.

I would like to ask the staff and the community to welcome me back without fear of thinking I will make the same mistake again. I realize what I did was wrong and I hope you guys see that you will not make a mistake by reinstating me to this forum site again.

If you guys can refer back to my previous 2 pardon's you'll see I had the same skype's added there too… And I've still had no response… The user is also currently banned on sythe so I have no other way or idea on how to contact him.

 

I will support this providing you can get everyone refunded, let me see if I can't help you out with that.

Edit: Alrighty so the original scam victim was banned years ago for being his own imposter. There are no reports with proof of him scamming other people but I am 100% sure he did so I would prefer he not be refunded anyway. Let me talk with staff and see if we can reach some decision that lets us move forward with your pardon

I added video on Skype as requested but we're never on at the same times to talk… Is there anything the staff came up with for me to get unbanned???

OP is currently unable to repay the 100m he scammed in 2011 in present-value gp (350-400m). He says he will make a new thread when he is able to do so
