Briefly explain the trade: $15 for Several Quests

How they scammed: I Paid $15 by gift over paypal. They did not do the quests.
I have reported him before, he sold all my items and by the looks of thing was preparing to transfer my 30M. I let him on my account over 6 times and each time he had to go somewhere but on his thread he said he could do more quests for people..
The report was closed because he said he will do it for me..
2 WEEKS AFTER THE REPORT he still hasn't done it!!
I have kept my password the same for him each time.
He has all the equipment ready for him.
He doesn't reply to PM's or my posts on his forum and he is now never on msn..

As you can see, my quests remain uncompleted and he is doing other peoples quests..
He doesn't reply to my PM's either..
