You shouldn't get banned as long as you don't use a auto.
TIPS:
1. Don't use autos.
2. Don't talk about it on RuneScape.
3. If you should use a auto, be there the hole time and don't move so if someone comes to talk to you.
4. Ventrilo IS GREAT TO USE! I love using ventrilo because you just push down a button and talk with voice and you don't have to change screens. This also is great because they don't have text proof of you doing anything wrong.

I've had many friends get banned for autoing. All the first timers only get a 10 day ban. I still wouldn't do it, but it's up to you.
