Explanation of the trade:

In my service we sell CS:GO wins, an experienced player bought duo-boosting for him and his friend. The lobby was [booster] [x510] [x510's friend]. We sell WINS, he was unsatisfied he was getting a large amount of kills because booster was playing sites not fragging out as I told booster since x510 wanted inconspicuous wins so he didn't look like booster to his friend.

I told him I can have a GE play with him and frag out every game but that went against everything he said with wanting his friend not to know they carry. He was using self-play boosting and purchasing a rank so leveling up on his own profile takes much longer if they are bottom leaderboard every game so giving them free kills and clutching rounds to secure wins is exactly what booster was doing.

x510 was getting kills on ECO rounds (when enemys have no money) while booster breaks economy every other round. Our booster was top every single game and we won all 3 games by a lot. He later says he wants to play with our GE booster not LEM so he changed his order specifications and we were going to adapt to this but he failed to communicate and pay for what we have already done.

How they scammed:
I provided x510 with the exact service to his specifications and he was not happy with what he wanted and did not pay me. I waited since Sunday for a response for him but he refuses to reply. I offered him a deal for $10/10m for the service because he was unhappy.

Should be this price.

Sorry, and he is claiming he got kills during boost which is beneficial for his own rank, we provide wins.

X510 was completing a service for me a few days ago and was unable to complete it for reason:

Still hasn't messaged me asking me to refund him his ~6-7M I owe him for supplies.
